Step 2: Book directly online

Found your dream home? Book it instantly through our secure booking system. Fill in your personal details, choose your rental period and upload the required documents (ID, proof of income, bank statement). Your booking is submitted 24/7.

Step 3: Receive invoice & pay securely

After your booking is approved by the landlord, our system automatically generates a professional invoice. This invoice includes the first month's rent, the deposit, our company's bank details (IBAN) and clear payment terms. You pay directly to our verified business bank account via a secure bank transfer. Every transaction is fully traceable.

Step 4: Check-in and register at the municipality

Once your payment is verified, you receive automatic confirmation with the full address, key collection details, house rules and contact information. On your moving day, follow the instructions to check in. You can also officially register at the municipality (gemeente) using your rental contract and our confirmation — completely hassle-free.

How long does the booking process take?

The online booking takes only a few minutes to complete. After submitting your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the landlord approves your booking, your invoice is generated automatically and sent to your email.

How does payment work?

You pay via secure bank transfer to our verified Dutch business bank account. You only pay the first month's rent plus the deposit upfront. The remaining rent is paid monthly after you move in. All our bank details (IBAN) are clearly stated on your invoice.

Is payment via bank transfer safe?

Absolutely. All payments are processed via regulated Dutch banks. Every transaction is linked to a verified KvK-registered business account. You can trace every payment at any time through your own bank.

Can I register at the municipality with this rental contract?

Yes! Your rental contract and our confirmation letter are valid documents for official registration at the municipality (gemeente). You can register at your new address immediately after moving in.

What documents do I need to book?

You need a valid ID or passport, proof of income (last 3 payslips or employer's declaration) and a recent bank statement. You can upload these securely during the booking process.
